You partner with cross-functional teams to maximize access, clinical value, and patient impact, while managing a small team of MSLs and Medical Advisors. You will drive evidence generation, publication plans, and external insights to address unmet medical needs. The position offers an opportunity to shape strategy, transform engagement with stakeholders, and position Medical as a strategic partner within the organization.ResponsabilidadesDefine and lead the Rare Diseases medical strategy in Iberia aligned with the global strategyEnsure medical strategy is embedded in Integrated Brand Plans and launch plansContribute as a key member of the Business Unit Leadership TeamIdentify portfolio growth opportunities and new indications (lifecycle management)Define and execute the evidence generation strategy (RWE, clinical studies, HEOR)Drive the publication and scientific communication plan (congresses,
