As COO, you will scale and optimize Satispay’s operations to support rapid European growth. You’ll lead strategic operations, standardize processes, and align cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution. You’ll own performance metrics and build scalable infrastructure to support user growth and multi-country expansion. The role combines hands-on leadership with data-driven decision making, shaping how we operate at scale. This is a chance to drive a high-impact transformation in a fast-moving financial platform.

- Align operations with Product, Tech, Business Development, and Compliance for end-to-end execution

Requisitos principales

- Proven executive experience in a senior Ops role (COO/VP Ops or similar) in fast-growing tech/fintech
- Track record of designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving
- Experience building and empowering high-performing operational teams
- Hands-on execution focus in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
- Travel flexibility up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
