Experteer Overview In this role, you will steer cross-functional internal projects within Flywire's Integral PMO in Valencia, blending waterfall and agile methods to deliver clear, measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations to bring structure to complex initiatives while maintaining execution flexibility. You’ll proactively manage risks and align multiple stakeholders without direct line authority. - Lead planning and execution of cross-functional internal projects across core business functions
- Translate business needs into structured project plans with milestones and ownership
- Adapt delivery approaches based on complexity and priorities while maintaining standards
- Establish project operating rhythms, tracking, and dependency management
- Maintain documentation, risk/issue tracking, and decision-support throughout the lifecycle
- Identify risks and blockers, propose mitigations, and escalate when needed
- Foster stakeholder alignment across competing priorities
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement within assigned projectsResponsabilidades
- 5-7 years of project management experience in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
- Experience managing projects with blended waterfall and agile approaches
- Strong execution discipline with organizational, tracking, and risk management skills
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or evolving workstreams
- Proactive risk and stakeholder management with no direct line authority
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2) and cross-functional collaboration
