Overview

In this role you will govern quality across squads in an agile setting, shaping test strategy and automation to ensure delivery of high‑quality software. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to embed QA throughout the development lifecycle and drive a data‑driven quality culture. You will build and maintain test suites, support automation (especially end‑to‑end tests), and contribute to scalable QA processes that align with Schwarz Digits’ mission of digital sovereignty in Europe.

Responsabilidades

- Own quality assurance across the squad throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure defined QA processes are applied with high quality and continuously improve QA practices
- Work within a squad and contribute to end‑to‑end development processes
- Create and maintain product test suites covering squad products
- Create, update and maintain test sets for squad products
- Assist engineers in building and maintaining automation tests, with emphasis on e2e tests




- Provide QA metrics to support a data‑driven culture
- Collaborate closely with squad members and promote a culture of quality
- Contribute to building software that tests software via automation

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of experience as QA Engineer
- Knowledge of BDD strategy
- Proven FrontEnd Mobile or Web testing experience
- Experience with API Testing
- Experience with Cucumber Studio
- Python programming experience
- Proven experience using BDD frameworks
- Experience with non‑functional testing
- Experience in CI environments (VSTS)
- Proven experience in quality flows and software testing
- Experience working with agile development practices
- Programming experience in Python, C#, Java, C++, or similar
