Experteer Overview
In this role you’ll coordinate fleet assets, parts, logistics, and test planning to enable rigorous validation across multiple sites. You act as a central liaison for the programme team, driving test readiness and ensuring timely execution of validation activities. You support Attribute leads during peak development cycles and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams to sustain data integrity. This role offers exposure to high-velocity automotive validation in a global company committed to advanced vehicle tech.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee end-to-end fleet lifecycle, availability, and readiness for test events across sites
• Lead procurement and tracking of engineering parts, consumables, and tools; serve as primary contact when others are unavailable
• Plan and manage offsite testing activities (proving grounds, real-world environments), including travel and equipment coordination
• Develop and update test procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance
• Maintain and track Design Verification Plan progress and align with milestones
• Support integration of test data and vehicle pedigree into central systems for traceability
• Coordinate cross-functionally between Powertrain, Battery, Chassis,



Software and attribute teams for test priority and resource alignment
• Act as deputy to Attribute leads during peak periods, ensuring continuity of information flow and decision-making
• Provide timely updates on test status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
• Foster data-driven decision making and maintain strong cross-functional communication throughout development cycles

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in engineering programme management, vehicle testing, or automotive operations
• Proven experience managing complex logistics for vehicle fleets and test campaigns
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritise under pressure
• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, or similar PLM/ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with test planning, DVP execution, and data traceability in high-volume multi-variant development
• Familiarity with automotive testing standards, vehicle instrumentation, and validation processes
• Willingness to travel to proving grounds and test sites as required
