Your Tasks

As aProcess Manageryouknow IT-Processes from ITIL to Agile. Youadapt and implementprocesses to the specific needsof modern Cloud IT Operations:

Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows.





Consistentlyautomate withcommon frameworks.

Design and implement internal tools and services.

Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and motivation within the team.

Establish and communicate processes where necessary.

Engage in improving overarchingprocess-landscapesand structures.

Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.

Qualifications

Completed studies ina technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.

5-7years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.

Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.

Knowledge of agile development processes.

High levelof customer orientation.

Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions.

OpenStack and programming experience inopen sourceprojects is a plus.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
