Overview

As an Account Manager you drive growth for Glovo’s top partners across assigned cities, building strong relationships and guiding partners through a growth journey. You will define long-term city strategies around growth, promotions, advertising and operations, while optimizing revenue and partner performance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and marketing actions, delivering measurable impact on KPIs and company OKRs. This role combines relationship management with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, offering meaningful scope to shape local partner success.

Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain close relationships with top partners through regular meetings and business reviews
- Monitor and report portfolio KPIs, and act to achieve goals and OKRs
- Develop and execute growth plans for partners via promotions, marketing activations,



and menu performance
- Enhance Glovo visibility and performance through merchandising and marketing actions
- Drive revenue growth via commission negotiations and asset sales
- Identify churned/inactive partners and implement action plans
- Improve partner operational efficiency to ensure excellent customer service

Requisitos principales

- 1+ year experience in high-performance environments
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
- Computer literacy (Google Docs, MS Office, Excel)
- Native Spanish, Catalan and English skills
- Strong commercial mindset and customer obsession
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management with problem-solving ability
