CLIENT NEEDS & RESPONSIBILITIES- Hospice and dementia care experience required.- Hoyer lift experience required.- Assist with personal care, toileting, transfers, and mobility.- Provide companionship and emotional support.- Assist with meals and light housekeeping.- Provide safe and respectful hands-on care.SCHEDULE- Friday through Monday, based on client needs- 12-hour shifts- Weekend availability, including every other weekend- Consistent 3-day availability requiredMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 18 years of age or older- 1+ year of professional caregiving experience- Experience in home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home,



or similar settings- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation- Authorized to work in the U.S.- Ability to pass required background screenings- Nursing students are encouraged to apply!
