We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in edge device software, automation, and hardware-software integration. You will work at the intersection of mechanical systems, computer vision, and software, developing the control and automation layer for our medical devices.

Our devices are connected, edge IoT instruments: they run a stack of containerized Python services on Linux, are deployed and managed remotely across a fleet, and coordinate motion control, cameras, computer vision, and a web-based touch UI to carry out delicate lab procedures. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will write code that moves real hardware—stepper motors, precision linear stages, cameras, and microfluidic systems—while also building the software infrastructure around it.
