Experteer Overview
As IT Operations Specialist for Spain you will be the main IT contact for national sites while collaborating with a global IT team. You enable local IT needs, implement global standards, and support cross-border infrastructure and security initiatives. You will balance hands-on technical support with site management and stakeholder engagement to ensure service delivery aligns with business goals. This role offers exposure to transnational projects and the opportunity to shape IT operations in a multinational environment.

• Serve as the primary IT contact for all national sites and maintain strong relationships with local management and end-users
• Manage full lifecycle of local IT assets (procurement, deployment, inventory, maintenance, disposal)
• Provide Level 2/3 on-site IT support and assist onboarding/offboarding of employees
• Coordinate with subcontractors and transnational IT team for maintenance of physical installations (routers, switches, servers)
• Act as on-site representative for central Infrastructure team in hardware maintenance
• Manage local IT vendors, service contracts, and budgets (ISP, mobile, printer)




• Collaborate with transnational teams to implement global IT standards and policies
• Deploy global IT initiatives and digital transformation projects within the national perimeter
• Support Cyber Security/ISMS by enforcing policies and assisting in incident response
• Gather local business requirements and communicate them to central IT teams
• Administer user accounts for customer systems (e.g., Airbus) as needed

Responsabilidades
• 2/3 years of higher IT education or a Master's/engineering degree
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments
• Initial IT and networks experience; development/scripting in modern languages is a plus
• Active Directory
• Windows administration
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with ITSM and ticketing software
• Proficiency with client-side VPN technologies (Cisco AnyConnect)
• Knowledge of databases and their administration
• Knowledge of web languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python) and scripting
