Overview

In this role you own the CRM and lifecycle strategy for Glovo, leading a small but impact-driven team to drive engagement, activation and retention across the user journey. You collaborate with tech, data, design and brand to deliver personalized, multichannel campaigns that scale. You will shape experimentation and use data to lift customer lifetime value, while staying ahead of lifecycle marketing trends. Responsabilidades

- Own and drive the CRM automated marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, reactivation and retention
- Define and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) to maximize engagement
- Lead and develop a team of 3 lifecycle specialists
- Collaborate with tech, data, design and brand to ensure scalable,

- Leverage new technologies for personalization, segmentation and process optimization
- Use data-driven insights to improve messaging and overall lifecycle strategy
- Test ideas and stay ahead of lifecycle marketing trends

Requisitos principales

- Experience: 8+ years in lifecycle marketing or CRM with strong segmentation and automated journeys
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- 3+ years collaborating with analysts and data teams
- People management experience leading CRM specialists
- Experience with CRM operations and systems assessment
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Collaborative, excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Hands-on, fast learner who can adapt to different business contexts
