Role Description The Owner role at Multienvas S.L. is a full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona, responsible for the overall direction, performance, and sustainability of the company. Day-to-day tasks include defining business strategy, overseeing operations, managing budgets and financial performance, and making key commercial decisions.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, as well as guiding hiring decisions and supporting team development. The Owner monitors market trends, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. This position requires hands-on involvement in problem-solving, process optimization,



and long-term planning to secure the company’s growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business management, including strategy development, financial oversight, and operations leadership.
- Strong skills in decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to address day-to-day and long-term business challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and team members.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to represent the company in internal and external contexts.
- Experience managing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation, with a focus on inclusive and respectful workplace practices.
- Knowledge of relevant local regulations, industry standards, and basic legal considerations related to running a business in Spain.
- Comfort with using digital tools for finance, operations, and communication; familiarity with ERP or similar systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages such as English or Catalan are an advantage.
