As an SDR at Perk, you fuel growth in the Polish market by identifying and engaging potential customers for our all‑in‑one T&E; platform. You’ll work closely with Marketing to build a robust sales funnel and qualify leads for the sales executives. You will conduct high‑level discussions to articulate Perk’s value and drive interest in smarter travel and spend management. This role offers hands‑on learning, a collaborative culture, and the chance to impact how organizations budget, book, and manage business travel.

Responsabilidades

Acquire expert knowledge of Perk
Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches
Connect with companies to introduce Perk’s platform




Qualify leads during calls and schedule next steps for sales executives
Conduct high‑level discussions with Office Managers, Finance, Operations or Travel Managers to explain Perk’s value
Understand customer needs and articulate Perk’s value proposition
Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead qualification and awareness

Requisitos principales

Fluent in English and Polish
Excellent phone presence and credibility xkdbapo with prospects
Experience with B2B solution selling and short sales cycles
Goal-oriented, persistent, ethical, and ambitious
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
