Experteer Overview In this role you provide hands-on IT support to users across hardware, software, applications, and devices, ensuring a smooth workplace experience. You will work with a multi-country team to resolve issues, manage ticketing, and assist with moves, refreshes, and deployments. - Provide support for PCs, laptops, phones, printers, smart devices, and digital scanners
- Troubleshoot and support internal and external applications, including Microsoft products
- Configure, build, and install hardware and software
- Maintain desktop patching and antivirus updates
- Set up meeting rooms, training rooms, and collaboration tools
- Manage help desk tickets and update systems with relevant documentation
- Support office moves, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and desktop migrations




- Work with vendors and other IT teams to resolve issues
- Support users across EMEA when requiredResponsabilidades
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or end-user support roles
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and a genuine interest in technology and end-user support
- Knowledge of Mac OS and Apple iOS is a plus
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification is a plus
- Native level in Spanish
- Advanced level of English, with minimum C1 proficiency
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users at different technical levels
- Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
