It serves as a critical conduit for value-added product sales, services, and pricing, aiming to provide a unified and seamless customer experience globally. Holcim+Concrete provides 3 main tools : a customer application, a driver application, and a dispatch web application.

SUMMARY OF THE JOB The Project and Innovation Manager, Holcim+Concrete acts as the key liaison between product development teams and country stakeholders to ensure successful solution design, build and deployment of Holcim+ Concrete. The Project and Innovation Manager plays a crucial role as RMX expert within the Product team key point of contact for Countries team for product and RMX process related questions With his/her knowledge of RMX operations he is a key team member to design product vision, prioritise next features, capture and align requirements, validate technical and business needs. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Innovation and product design Participating to product vision elaboration as well a development priorisation in charge of overseeing product features developments (incremental changes as well as bigger design changes) Main point of contact with UX/UI team of the product to co-design product and features and validate changes In the rollout process, for each new country, acting as product expert on existing features and possible configuration.

Requirements & Testing Capture business needs, “translate” them into specifications, share with Project and Scrum teams.



Organize and coordinate standalone and integrated testing. Demo and support countries in driver app settings with local hardwares Training & Go-Live Plan and support user training and onboarding. Ensure countries are equipped for adoption and transition.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as key point of contact for RMX countries team on product and RMX process related questions Interact with business (Ops, IT/Digital, Management) and Digital Centers (EDC, ADC, GDH). Co-Organize with Product team and lead working sessions during rollout phases or key product innovation phases JOB DIMENSIONS Key interfaces, stakeholders and relationships: Internal: Product Manager, Product Owners, DevOps, Digital Centers, Country Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI teams External: Country teams, implementation vendors PROFILE REQUIRED Level of education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. A degree is a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered. 5+ years in RMX business, ideally within the operations Experience in project delivery, ideally in digital product environments Experience working in matrix, within international organizations is a plus Skills Coordination, communication, and facilitation skills Project management Customer-centric mindset Technical literacy and ability to translate business into tech requirements Understanding of Agile methodology Structured and proactive Strong interpersonal skills Resilient and solution-oriented Able to manage complexity and ambiguity Language Skills Excellent English (written and spoken) Spanish or any other language is a plus LOCATION AND MOBILITY REQUIREMENTS Hiring location : Madrid Core team is located in various European countries.

Stakeholders are located within all Holcim Countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Oceania and LATAM) Mobility requirement : international travels 10% (estimate)
