You will work closely with the CEO and our consulting team and will have the opportunity to take ownership from an early stage.What you'll doBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and approach potential clients, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectorsResearch new business opportunities, projects and target accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH marketBuild and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment/procurement contactsSupport client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networkingCoordinate introductory meetings, follow-ups,



proposals and consultant submissionsMaintain our business development pipeline and CRM activitiesSupport the development of partnerships and new market opportunitiesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionIdentify and approach consultants and candidates for current and upcoming client projectsSource candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms and direct outreachConduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fitCoordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain a strong network and talent pool of consultants across EuropeSupport the preparation and positioning of consultant profiles for client submissionsHelp us strengthen Qualitice as an attractive employer and consulting networkCommunications & MarketingSupport Qualitice's presence on LinkedIn and other communication channelsHelp create and coordinate company updates, thought-leadership content, job postings and project opportunitiesSupport employer branding and recruiting campaignsPrepare client-facing presentations and business development materialsHelp communicate our expertise, projects and company culture in a professional and engaging wayWhat we're looking for1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management,
