You will lead end-to-end projects that align with the AI strategy, coordinating with local CDAIOs, technology teams, and business units to deliver measurable value. You will shape the architecture, roadmap, and rollout of AI chat capabilities across channels, and evaluate new features with partners like OpenAI or Anthropic.
