In this role you will own and shape the AI/ML product portfolio for Global Procurement, guiding value-driven roadmaps and adoption. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into concrete AI concepts and measurable outcomes. You’ll lead delivery using Agentic AI, Copilot tools, and data-driven analytics, ensuring governance, risk, and compliance.

This position offers visibility across global procurement and a chance to impact patient health by enabling smarter, scalable procurement solutions.

- Own and shape the AI/ML product roadmap and backlog for Global Procurement
- Translate opportunities into AI product concepts, business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive delivery using Agentic AI, Copilot tools, ML, and automation in collaboration with delivery owners
- Act as business owner for selected AI/ML initiatives in Procurement
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Data u0026 Analytics to ensure responsible AI use
- Work with data, AI, engineering,



and enterprise tech teams to scale AI-enabled solutions
- Serve as Scrum Master when needed and maintain delivery cadence
- Coordinate release readiness, UAT, go-to-market, adoption communication, and handover
- Plan and run AI communities of practice in Procurement and contribute to capability-building playbooks and content

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years in product ownership/management for AI/ML or technology-enabled business products
- Experience managing complex AI/ML backlogs and roadmaps
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience, xugodme backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story writing
- Ability to translate business problems into AI concepts, success measures, and adoption plans
- Senior-stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and change management skills
- Experience scaling AI communities of practice or cross-functional innovation forums
