In this role you will develop advanced diagnostic algorithms and models for batteries, collaborating with an international team to support testing, modeling, and BMS-related solutions. You will shape state-detection functionalities and validation methodologies for a range of storage devices, from coin cells to high-voltage modules. The work combines hands-on modeling with customer-facing discussions, contributing to innovative diagnostics in a global environment.
This is an opportunity to apply AI-based approaches and model-based software to real-world energy storage challenges.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead international industrial/research projects from technical and organizational points of view

- Design,
develop and validate control algorithms for battery state detection
- Develop, implement, and validate battery models
- Design Battery Management System (BMS) architecture for custom applications
- Design and supervise characterization and validation test procedures
- Evaluate and analyze test data
- Supervise junior engineers
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering (various fields)
- 3-4 years of experience in battery xugodme modeling and/or design of state detection or BMS functionalities
- English fluent (German appreciated)
- Strong communication skills, proactive and independent work
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink; C and Python knowledge appreciated
