What you’ll do?

We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded Circular IT Sales Specialist to drive growth across our Sustain IT services. Working closely with Account Directors, Business Development Managers and customers, you'll identify opportunities, build trusted relationships and help organisations achieve both commercial and sustainability outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys creating new opportunities, influencing customer decisions and contributing to solutions that support the circular economy.

- Identify and develop new circular IT, asset recovery, buyback and technology lifecycle opportunities.
- Partner with Compnow's sales teams to introduce Sustain IT solutions to new and existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted advisor for Circular IT services.
- Prepare proposals, present solutions and guide customers through the commercial process.




- Grow existing accounts through service expansion and strategic engagement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.

What you’ll bring?

- Experience in sales, business development, account management or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence presenting solutions and engaging with customers.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An interest in sustainability, circular economy services or technology lifecycle management is highly regarded.

What else do you need to apply?

- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and work in a hybrid capacity.
- Flexibility to undertake occasional travel as required by the role.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time hours without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
