As Digital Product Owner, you steer IT solutions and services to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across global data platforms. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define MVPs and roadmaps, while embedding GDPR/ITAR and national laws into compliance workflows. You’ll enable secure, compliant data handling in a fast-paced aerospace environment and shape governance through Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.

This role blends technical leadership with regulatory stewardship to drive trust and performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Act as product owner for IT solutions and services with documented roadmaps and backlogs in Jira/Confluence
- Collaborate with development, security and compliance teams to define MVPs and track progress using Agile methodologies
- Drive lifecycle management of IT solutions via ServiceNow ITSM and Confluence documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, ITAR, national laws) by integrating requirements into Confluence matrices and ServiceNow workflows
- Identify gaps using audit logs and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and document mitigations in Jira
- Research and evaluate technologies with Enterprise Architects, document findings in Confluence and present via ServiceNow portals
- Assess vendor compliance with procurement policies using ServiceNow Vendor Management
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment using Confluence spaces and Jira epics
- Lead deployments with ServiceNow Change Management workflows and develop change management plans in Confluence




- Define KPIs in ServiceNow CMDB and monitor performance with Splunk/ELK; coordinate incident response via Jira Service Management
- Document Compliance-as-Code in Confluence and contribute to Digital standards stored in Confluence
- Track emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven compliance tools) using ServiceNow Innovation Management
- Prepare dashboards in ServiceNow Analytics to demonstrate compliance and solution performance

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure management, with 2-3 years in product management or IT solutions delivery
- Experience in highly regulated industries (defense/aerospace/healthcare) desirable
- Strong server and cloud platform understanding (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for documentation and backlog management
- Experience xugodme with ServiceNow ITSM, Change Management, and GRC modules
- Familiarity with data protection and compliance technologies (DLP, encryption, IAM) and Splunk/ELK
- Incident response and audit logging experience
- GDPR, ITAR, CCPA and EU data protection knowledge; DoD 8570, NIST SP 800-53 familiarity would help
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
- Fluent in English; French, German, or Spanish a plus
