As Sales Manager, you will lead AI-driven sales teams focused on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to transform customer business processes. You’ll align regional efforts with SMEu0026amp;C priorities, coach for strategy execution, and drive value through AI-powered solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and senior leaders to accelerate adoption and outcomes for customers and partners.

This role offers a path to deepen cloud expertise while shaping AI transformation across front- and back-office processes. You will influence critical deals and contribute to a high-growth, inclusive culture focused on customer success.

- Lead transformations, deploy solutions, and create value while developing strategies and ensuring execution
- Oversee regional business, meet targets, and engage with corporate leadership

- Coach team on modern sales tools to engage Microsoft customers and deliver connected experiences
- Ensure accurate reporting for key metrics and operational standards
- Share leading practices and customer insights to elevate team capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to progress opportunities and secure executive support
- Navigate organizational xugodme and market changes by realigning priorities and focusing on outcomes

Responsabilidades

- Experience in the Business Process software market (CRM, ERP, or related)
- Understanding of AI transforming the Business Process landscape
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Proven leadership of teams in Business Applications, Digital Transformation, or AI-driven process innovation
- Knowledge of emerging AI capabilities and agentic solutions across front-/back-office processes
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, transformation engagements, or deployments
- Professional-level German language skills (written and spoken) required
