Drive successful execution and delivery of major real estate projects.
Requirements 10+ years' experience in real estate development, construction, planning and project execution.
Proven experience in Costa del Sol / Spain.
Strong background in both development and construction.
Must have personally managed execution of at least one major project, not only design/planning.
Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
