In this role you will lead the development and management of the EHS program within our Wind Power business unit, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while driving safety culture. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement robust risk controls and continuous improvement across operations. You will manage audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to protect people and the environment, delivering measurable safety outcomes.

- Plan, lead, and oversee regular EHS audits and workplace inspections to identify hazards and improvement opportunities

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health u0026 Safety, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in xugodme EHS within industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environments
- 3+ years of leadership with responsibility for direct reports and program strategy
- Strong skills in EHS management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and incident investigation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing abilities; capable of writing detailed reports and delivering safety training
