In this role you help translate ambitious goals into measurable outcomes within the Grow & Engage domain for Subscriptions. You work as a strategic partner to leadership, bridging strategy and execution to drive customer value and revenue growth. You will manage external initiatives, optimize performance against KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to unblock complex, high-impact topics. This is a hands-on role at a fast-growing fintech with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and operational discipline.

Responsabilidades
Lead project management of external initiatives to operationalize partnerships
Own partnership operations and daily execution to establish discipline
Drive KPI discipline with regular performance reviews and progress tracking
Monitor product KPIs, unit economics, and SLA delivery for partners




Identify growth opportunities through ad-hoc deep dives to shape the Subscriptions roadmap
Develop deep understanding of business drivers, requirements, infrastructure, and processes
Act as central connector across Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Growth, and Finance to align stakeholders and resolve blockers
Translate strategy into concrete, actionable plans with measurable impact
Requisitos principales
Minimum 3 years of experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or startups
Bachelor’s degree as stated
Proven experience xhfqzwm making data-driven recommendations and leading cross-functional projects
Strong problem-solving ability to structure analyses and derive insights
Independent data sourcing, analysis, and storytelling to stakeholders
Fluent in English
