My client is hiring a Senior Product Data Scientist to play a senior, highly strategic role within their product data organization. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of product strategy, experimentation, and causal inference , with real influence on how data drives decision‐making at the executive level.
You'll act as a trusted thought partner to Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, and exec leadership while mentoring and leveling up other data scientists.
Designing and analyzing advanced A/B tests, multivariate and Bayesian experiments
Applying causal inference techniques (DiD, synthetic controls, PSM, IVs) when RCTs aren't possible
Translating complex statistical findings into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership
Partnering with Data Engineering to scale experimentation tooling and self‐serve analytics
What my client is looking for: 6+ years of experience in product data science, experimentation, or applied analytics
Strong Python or R, expert SQL, and experience with modern data warehouses
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive data‐driven change
