As Finance Business Partner for Global IT, you will oversee financial planning, forecasting and cost control for IT across a general, matrix organization. You’ll partner with CIO leadership and budget owners to drive IT investment efficiency and cost transparency. The role blends finance expertise with IT cost modelling and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to Galderma’s growth and strategic IT initiatives.

This is a high-visibility position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and significant impact on the IT financial model.

- Drive continuous improvement in IT investments and identify savings opportunities with IT leadership




- Manage forecasting and reporting for Corporate IT costs across global spend
- Foster cooperation across Finance to ensure transparent IT cost reporting
- Improve IT cost operating model and support cross-functional FPu0026A initiatives
- Oversee IT costs and budget including CAPEX, OPEX, depreciation u0026 amortization
- Act as financial expert for CAPEX management in collaboration with Group Accounting

Responsabilidades

- xugodme 8-10 years of FPu0026A and/or audit in a global, matrix organization
- Global knowledge of cost reporting in multinational structures
- Knowhow in Accounting and Controlling
- Fluent business English; Polish a plus
- Microsoft Office skills; ERP knowledge (M3, SAP+)
- BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Hyperion, BO) and reporting systems
