At FoundeverTM, we are hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Reservations Advisors to support a leading international hotel brand.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound reservation calls in German

Support customers with bookings, changes, and travel-related inquiries

Deliver high-quality customer service with a sales-oriented approach

Create smooth and positive guest experiences throughout every interaction

What We're Looking For

Native or C2 level of German

Advanced English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or tourism is a plus





Residency in Málaga or nearby areas preferred

What We Offer

Permanent full-time contract

39h/week schedule

Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday

€21,500 gross annual salary

€1,500 sign-on bonus

Paid on-site training
