In this role you will support the administration of clinical systems within Development Operations and collaborate with study teams to identify suitable sites for clinical studies. You will analyze data and provide inputs to select sites that meet study criteria, and assist with feasibility launches, including system setup and questionnaires. You will track responses, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve feasibility issues while staying current on regulations and industry trends.

This role offers the chance to influence site selection, forecasting, and study success in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

- Ensure CTMS data accuracy and integrity
- Support end users of clinical systems; process issue/enhancement requests
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential sites meeting study criteria
- Assist feasibility launches, including system setup and questionnaire outreach




- Coordinate with study teams and stakeholders to support feasibility activities
- Track feasibility responses and report to internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot feasibility process issues (in-house and outsourced)
- Stay updated on regulations and industry trends related to site feasibility
- Support enrollment forecasting and discuss scenarios with stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- B.S. in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent degree)
- 3+ years of experience in clinical trial conduct/processes and/or 2+ years xugodme feasibility/recruitment
- Experience with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methods
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects within tight timelines
- Experience working in multiple rare disease therapeutic areas
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Highly proficient with Excel
