About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Manager, SASE – Southern Europe to drive strategic upsell and account expansion across the region.

You will work closely with sales teams, enterprise customers, and cross-functional partners to identify SASE opportunities, lead go-to-market initiatives, and help customers address complex cybersecurity challenges.

This is a highly visible regional role for a strategic, energetic, and commercially driven sales professional who enjoys working with enterprise customers and operating across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and expand SASE pipeline across the Southern European customer base.

- Partner with Sales Leaders, Account Teams, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to accelerate growth.

- Lead account-based SASE upsell and expansion initiatives.

- Conduct customer discovery to identify security challenges, business priorities, and new use cases.





- Develop strategic account roadmaps and present recommendations to sales and executive leadership.

- Lead customer workshops and confidently discuss SASE and cybersecurity concepts.

- Drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes across the region.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of pipeline generation and bookings.

- Experience in enterprise B2B sales, account expansion, or solution selling.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly SASE, CASB, and data protection.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.

- Strong discovery and consultative selling capabilities.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple Southern European markets.

- Self-starter with a strategic, hands-on approach.

Languages

- English

- French and/or Spanish – fluent/mandatory, depending on market coverage.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
