What we are looking for

Strong experience in mortgages for non-resident clients in Spain.

In-depth knowledge of the Costa del Sol market.

LCCI certification.

Native or high professional level of English.

Strong business development and partnership-building skills.

Experience leading or developing teams.

Proactive,



commercial and results-driven profile.

Key responsibilities

Lead the non-resident mortgage advisory business.

Develop new business opportunities and acquisition channels.

Build partnerships with real estate agencies, lawyers, advisers and other key introducers.

Manage strategic clients and mortgage transactions.
