In this role, you will own the Compensation and Talent u0026amp; Performance domains within Workday for the Barcelona-based HRIS team, collaborating with stakeholders to translate people strategy into scalable processes. You will design and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation and Talent u0026amp; Performance workflows, reports, and governance, driving efficient, user-friendly solutions. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery, oversee technical Workday aspects, and stay aligned with releases and broader HRIS initiatives.

- Own design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday Advanced Compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity, compensation reviews)
- Own design and continuous improvement of Workday Talent, Performance and Development processes (goal setting, reviews, calibrations, IDPs, wellbeing)
- Translate compensation, talent, development and performance strategies into Workday workflows, reporting and solutions
- Act as Workday Subject Matter Expert for Compensation and Talent, advising on configuration, governance, and scalable solutions
- Lead functional delivery across discovery, solution design,



configuration, UAT, release readiness and deployment with Workday AMS and IT
- Manage technical Workday aspects: eligibility rules, structures, calculated fields, reports, security, integrations impacts
- Own process documentation, governance and knowledge content; support COEs with communications for managers, employees and People teams
- Stay connected to Workday ecosystem; assess releases and contribute to broader HRIS/Tech projects such as ERP changes, new entities, Mu0026A

Responsabilidades

- Demonstrated experience in HR systems, HR Operations, Compensation and/or Talent
- Workday certification with hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation and/or Talent u0026 Performance xugodme
- Experience configuring Workday and delivering implementations, enhancements or optimizations
- Understanding of Workday integrations, reporting, security roles, BPDs, releases and tenant management
- Experience in process mapping, optimization and automation
- Curiosity, sound judgment, adaptability; ability to move ambiguous topics forward
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority
