Who we are looking for We are looking for someone driven, technically strong and hands-on: a person who can move confidently from documentation and design to the factory floor and real-world product trials.

Someone who can understand a machine, work alongside a mould manufacturer, identify why a process is not performing as it should, and develop practical solutions.

This role will be central to strengthening Fibtray® technology and preparing it for deployment with new customers and in new markets internationally.
