We are looking for a Strategic KAM to lead SaaS sales among major European hotel chains. To excel, you should have a proven track record in international B2B SaaS sales with similar high-level metrics.
Global Expansion: Engage and convert C-level executives (CEOs, COOs, Sustainability Directors) at the world's leading hotel groups.
Relationship Building: Travel to corporate headquarters across Europe to build trust and close long-term strategic deals.
Sustainability Expert: Translate complex data—carbon footprints, water usage,



and energy efficiency—into a winning business case for our clients.
Native English is mandatory. SaaS Expert: 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a Startup/Scaleup environment, consistently hitting KPIs above €250k/year.
Analytical & Driven: You combine high-energy sales with a data-driven approach.
Strategic Communicator: You can simplify technical projects and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
High-Performance Culture: Work with a young, tech-savvy team in a fast-paced ESG-tech space. This is a fast track to a "Head of Growth" role.
Salary based on experience + performance bonuses + potential equity package.
