In this role, you will drive the Product Factory, the modular core of N26’s banking platform. You will empower internal teams to configure and launch products without engineering help, enabling rapid, compliant rollouts across markets. You’ll shape the platform roadmap, maintain the central product catalog, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering to align with global goals. This is a chance to influence how N26 scales its core banking capabilities with configurable building blocks. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong emphasis on automation, data, and compliance by design.

Responsabilidades
Drive strategy and execution for self-service product configuration and orchestration tools for internal teams
Define and execute the roadmap for core product infrastructure and data flows powering financial systems
Maintain and scale the central catalog of financial features, rates,



limits, and fees with high availability
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and core engineers to improve platform architecture
Ensure automated compliance guardrails are baked into the Product Factory framework for market rollouts
Oversee vendor relationships and integrations with high-engagement third-party core banking providers
Requisitos principales
4+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, modern banking, core banking, or API-driven ecosystems
Strong familiarity with backend architectures, relational databases, system integrations, xhfqzwm and internal API products
Experience with centralized digital product catalogs, configuration engines, or complex financial orchestration systems
Previous experience managing high-engagement third-party vendors and aligning roadmaps
Undergraduate degree in STEM, Business, or Economics;
MBA/MS a plus
