Experteer Overview
In this role you protect client and internal environments by monitoring, detecting, and responding to security events. You will handle day-to-day security operations, incident management, and ensure robust controls to reduce risk. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to document incidents and drive improvements in security processes. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor security alerts and event data from security platforms to identify threats
• Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents following runbooks and escalation paths
• Perform initial analysis to determine scope, impact, and urgency of incidents
• Execute containment actions under approved procedures
• Maintain incident records, timelines, and evidence for reports and reviews
• Support vulnerability management including remediation tracking
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security operations processes, playbooks, and controls




• Collaborate with internal teams and customers during incident response and post-incident reviews

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, or SOC environment
• Practical knowledge of monitoring/alerting tools such as SIEM, EDR, or network security platforms
• Experience analyzing security events, logs, and alerts to identify threats and false positives
• Understanding of common attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and threat categories
• Ability to follow documented procedures, escalation paths, and evidence handling requirements
• Experience documenting incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in a structured manner
• Familiarity with basic networking, operating systems, and identity concepts
