In this role you will lead and grow relationships with Savills’ cross-border property management clients across Europe. You will act as the primary contact for institutional investors, coordinate multi-country service delivery, and drive operational excellence to uphold high standards across diverse portfolios. You’ll work with European senior leaders to shape long-term client strategies and identify opportunities through technology, data, and innovation.

This is a strategic, commercially minded position with significant impact on portfolio performance and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

- Significant experience within commercial property management, asset management or real estate advisory
- Experience managing large institutional investor relationships
- Proven experience coordinating multi-country property portfolios
- Strong understanding of European real xugodme estate markets
- Experience leading strategic client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting to senior executives and board-level clients
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI capability
- Strong project management and organisational skills
