Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the Compensation and Talent u0026amp; Performance domains within Workday for the Barcelona-based HRIS team, collaborating with stakeholders to translate people strategy into scalable processes. You will design and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation and Talent u0026amp; Performance workflows, reports, and governance, driving efficient, user-friendly solutions. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery, oversee technical Workday aspects, and stay aligned with releases and broader HRIS initiatives.
