waste reduction).- Lead sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.- Partner with Procurement, Operations and Technical teams to support decision-making and negotiations.Requirements- Degree in Packaging, Engineering or similar.- 15+ years of experience in packaging within pharma, cosmetics or CMO environments.- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, specifications and testing.- Proven track record in cost optimisation and supplier management.- Experience in cross-functional and international environments. xqysrnh- Fluent English.- Location: Barcelona
