The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze complex disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure.You’ll work closely with international teams across Europe, helping shape the future of observability through automation, advanced monitoring, and AI-driven operational insights.What You’ll Do- Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders.- Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors.- Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including:- Tool development and automation- Operational monitoring- Work with technologies such as:- Grafana- Gigamon- Traffic Broker- Cisco- ThousandEyes- ELK Stack- Identify new ways to generate business value from monitoring and operational data.- Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes.- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability,
