Role Description The Internship Student will support the team in day-to-day activities related to Real Estate and off-market M&A; transactions, including data collection, market research, and preparation of presentations and reports.

Responsibilities include assisting in financial and investment analyses, helping to maintain internal databases, and supporting documentation and administrative tasks related to ongoing projects. The intern will collaborate with senior team members to prepare materials for client meetings and contribute to the evaluation of potential investment opportunities. This is a part-time on-site role based in Barcelona (approximately 20 hours per week,



with a versátil schedule compatible with university studies), requiring regular presence in the office and active participation in team discussions and project reviews.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market information.

Interest in Real Estate, corporate finance, and M&A;, with a desire to learn about family offices and family business dynamics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to prepare clear, structured presentations and reports.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field, with eligibility for a university internship agreement.

Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.

High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
