For our client, a globally leading industrial technology company specializing in engineered infrastructure solutions for mission-critical applications, we are looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe). In this key role, you will drive business development across some of Europe's fastest-growing data center markets, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to the continued expansion of the company's Data Center business.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Nordic Data Center market in alignment with the European Data Center organization.
- Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for mission-critical HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate closely with local Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
- Support the development of regional service offerings and pricing strategies in line with the European Data Center business.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences,



and customer meetings throughout the region (Spain, France and Italy).
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to identify future growth opportunities.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the data center industry.
- Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
- Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, flow systems, or energy-efficient infrastructure is a must.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills (French and/or Italian) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region (Spain, France and Italy).

Adaptable within Spain, France or Italy, but desirable to be in Spain.
