You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure design viability within budget and market needs. Responsabilidades
- Drive the global design strategy across all categories to fuel growth and brand equity
- Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer activity for mid- to long-term positioning
- Promote a culture of innovation and creativity within the Design and Product Creation teams
- Provide creative leadership to a team of designers and align outputs with the brand vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new footwear products aligned with strategy
- Ensure concepts are commercially viable, balancing creativity with market insights




- Communicate the creative vision effectively to design teams and stakeholders
- Develop team performance through reviews, development plans, and coaching
- Partner with Product Management, Product Development, Production and Quality to align designs with business needs
- Leverage luxury design expertise to elevate the brand and set industry standards

Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of experience driving design vision and growth in a global fashion business
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Luxury or high-end product design background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders and teams
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire and manage designers
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong trend analysis and market opportunity identification
- Passion for innovation and pushing design boundaries in footwear
- Understanding of brand positioning and fashion market dynamics
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional influence
- Fluent in English and Spanish
