Position Summary Business Consultant
develops effective Sales strategies with France Sales force, discusses product requirements and analyzes competitors' actions in the market.
Communicating at different audiences’ levels and adjusting the functional and technical content to meet individual needs,
Assisting in the HR transformation discussion with prospects and performing business case analysis,
Delivering Expertise on Payroll & HR Services (including, Service definition, Implementation services,



Service level agreement and governance, both in presales activities and in support of contract negotiations) and on technical aspects (architecture, interfaces, Security),
Working closely with the Sales team and all other business units (Implementation, Product, Customer Services),
3+ years of effective experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll,
~ Expertise in understanding in Human Resources Information System, architectures, and technologies and comprehensive HR and Payroll activities,
~ Native French language
~ Fluency in English is mandatory; Aptitude to ensure the timely delivery of critical information to internal analysis teams, sponsors, customers, and other interested parties and to prioritize work,
