In this role you will oversee the risk of ING Spain's Retail Lending portfolio, focusing on Personal Loans, and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams. You will report, monitor, and communicate risk positions while ensuring capital adequacy, provisions, and regulatory compliance. You will drive sustainable growth of the Personal Loans portfolio in partnership with product and business teams.

Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Economics, Business, Statistics, Maths or Econometrics
- Experience in risk management for Retail lending portfolios, especially Personal Loans
- SAS and SQL programming knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving xugodme skills
- Knowledge of macroeconomic trends and the financial industry
- Independent, creative and proactive mindset; pragmatic solution delivery
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Interest in leading projects
