As Game Designer for Paper Party, you will craft and refine multiplayer modes within 2, keeping the Paper universe intact. You’ll have broad creative freedom to explore rules, objectives, and pacing that drive replayability and accessibility. You’ll work closely with the 2 team to turn concepts into playable prototypes and iterate quickly through testing. This role offers ownership, rapid prototyping, and impact on globally played hybrid multiplayer experiences.

- Identify weak ideas early and prune or reshape them
- Collaborate with the 2 team to implement concepts
- Document designs clearly
- Fine-tune modes directly in Unity where possible

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games designing modes or prototypes from scratch
- Experience shipping player-facing xugodme content in mobile games
- Strong understanding of multiplayer and competitive gameplay
- Good sense of pacing, clarity and player motivation
- Pragmatic, iterative approach: prototype, test, cut and retry
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills
