As Senior Architect, you will design end-to-end cloud-based platform solutions for T-Systems' most strategic projects and lead their implementation. You collaborate with internal and external teams across Platform Engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and automated development environments. You will shape the execution platform, SDLC, DevOps, and observability, driving adoption by operations and development teams.

This role blends technical leadership with advisory governance, enabling customers to realize value from IDP assets and modern platform practices.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define optimal technology solutions for complex Platform Engineering projects, focusing on development and execution platforms, SDLC, security, performance, automation, and resilience
- Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve the Software development cycle
- Lead software development teams with Agile practices for coding, integration and deployment
- Monitor code quality, performance, scalability, and security of solutions
- Define and implement DevOps and CI/CD strategies, emphasizing Everything as Code and GitOps




- Lead construction of assets to accelerate deployment of IDPs in clients
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for the team
- Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to ensure Platform Engineering adoption
- Identify and manage technical risks and propose innovative solutions
- Support project manager in estimating efforts and planning
- Position yourself as customer-facing technical advisor and validate designs with stakeholders
- Encourage iterative improvement of standards based on project experiences

Responsabilidades

- Extensive experience xugodme in technical leadership of client projects with complex Cloud architectures
- Deep specialization in Platform Engineering
- Capability to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (internal and external)
- Strong understanding of security, observability, and SDLC within platform contexts
- Ability to advocate for and implement DevOps and CI/CD strategies (GitOps)
- Comfort with documentation and standards development
- Stakeholder management as a trusted technical partner
