As a Senior Go Engineer on the Workato Genie team, you will build mission-critical features for our AI-enabled platform, focusing on AI chatbot dispatching and scalable execution. You will contribute to gateway and routing components, logging and monitoring infrastructure, and collaborate with Infra, SRE, and AI teams to deliver high-performance, user-centric capabilities. You’ll engage across the full development lifecycle, write efficient, testable code, and propose architectural improvements to support enterprise-scale AI.

Responsabilidades

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Strong Go backend experience (4+ years)
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills
- Knowledge of building blocks for large web apps: databases, load balancers, xugodme app servers, message brokers, caching, monitoring
- Experience with distributed, highly available systems
- Ruby on Rails experience is a plus
- Open-source contributions are a plus
- Basic Kubernetes knowledge
- Understanding of bottlenecks and solutions in code
- Experience with third-party REST APIs at scale is desirable
