As Software Deliveries and Operations Leader, you drive operational excellence across Roche’s CIx & DDS engineering teams, aligning portfolio goals with execution. Responsabilidades
- Ensure strategic linkage between OKRs and product delivery for autonomous, high-quality decisions
- Lead services and product operations to meet fit-for-purpose service levels (productivity, quality, cost)
- Act as single source of truth for investments, capacity, and risks with proactive ad-hoc reporting
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and cross-team impediments across product lifecycles
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and SOWs
Requisitos principales
- Proven experience as software team lead or manager in medical device or diagnostics industry
- Strong Lean/continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence
- Understanding of medical, security, and privacy xugodme regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in large international and complex development projects
- University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in software building and delivery roles, ideally SAFe-based
