SENIOR PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGERMadrid, Spain Build the projects before they exist. Some people manage construction. Others shape projects before a single subcontractor is appointed, a budget is signed off, or a shovel hits the ground. At Unispace, we're looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the commercial, technical and strategic planning of high-profile workplace and commercial interior projects across Spain. This is a role for someone who understands how projects are won, planned, procured and successfully delivered. Someone equally comfortable reviewing drawings, building budgets, managing supply chains, negotiating with subcontractors and advising clients. You'll become a key voice in the business, helping steer projects worth up to €15m from opportunity through mobilisation, ensuring every programme, budget and procurement strategy is set up for success before delivery begins. Working alongside our design, delivery and commercial teams, you'll take ownership of the entire preconstruction process — identifying risks, driving value engineering opportunities, managing tender activity and building the relationships that ultimately determine project success.
